    Longevity & Wellness

    Compounded for the long run.

Low-dose naltrexone, sleep formulas and vitamins, compounded to the dose your prescriber orders, in oral and sublingual forms.

    Why Compounded?

Commercial products come in set doses. Compounding lets your prescriber order a dose between those strengths or leave out a filler. Every formula below is made at our licensed pharmacy, with pharmacist counseling included. We compound oral, sublingual and topical forms only. We do not prepare injections.

    Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

Low-dose naltrexone (LDN) is used off-label by some prescribers. Commercial naltrexone comes as a 50 mg tablet. We compound the low doses a prescriber orders, often 0.5 to 4.5 mg, including step-up packs.

    A Note on Peptide Therapy

The rules for compounded peptides are changing. We compound only peptides that have an established pathway for non-sterile compounding today, such as topical GHK-Cu, prepared on a prescription for the individual patient, never injectable. Ask us about the current status of any peptide.

    Questions About a Longevity Prescription?

Every formula here requires a prescription. Share our formulary with your prescriber; they can call our pharmacists with questions. Or call a pharmacist yourself.

Please note: Compounded medications require a prescription from a licensed prescriber for an individual patient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. A compounded medication is not the same as, or a generic version of, any FDA-approved drug. This page is general information, not medical advice. Your prescriber decides whether a treatment is right for you and sets the final ingredients, strength and dosage form.
