Shipping & Delivery
We ship within California in packaging suited to the medication, temperature-controlled when needed. Local delivery and pickup are also available.
Local Delivery
Once your compound is ready, we can arrange local courier delivery near our West Los Angeles pharmacy. Timing is confirmed when your prescription is ready.
Standard Shipping
For patients outside our local delivery area, we ship within California via tracked carriers. Transit time depends on the carrier and service chosen.
Shipping Policies
Temperature-Sensitive Medications
Medications requiring refrigeration are shipped with specialized cooling packs to maintain proper temperature. For these medications, overnight shipping is often recommended and may be required.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations and licensing requirements, we currently only ship medications within California. Some controlled substances may have additional shipping restrictions. Controlled prescriptions: ask a pharmacist.
