How it works
From prescription to your door.
What happens between your prescriber's prescription and the package at your door, step by step.
The process
Four steps.
Talk to your prescriber
A licensed prescriber you choose (MD, DO, NP or PA) evaluates you and writes the prescription. The choice is always yours.
Send us the Rx
Your prescriber ePrescribes, faxes or calls it in. We confirm receipt, and a pharmacist reviews the order before anything is made.
We compound by hand
Your medication is made in our Los Angeles lab from pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and checked at every step. Most orders are ready in one to two business days.
Delivered to your door
Shipped across California in plain, temperature-controlled packaging, or picked up at the pharmacy on Pico Blvd.
Included With Every Compound
What every prescription includes.
A family-run pharmacy fills the prescription, not a fulfillment warehouse. These four things come with every order.
Clinical pharmacist review
Every prescription is reviewed for drug interactions, dosing accuracy, and formulation compatibility before we begin compounding.
Made to national compounding standards
Prepared with USP-grade ingredients in our licensed facility, with pharmacist-verified quality checks per USP <795> and documentation at every step.
Shipping or pickup
Plain, temperature-controlled packaging shipped across California, or pickup at the West LA pharmacy when it is ready.
A pharmacist on the line
Call with a question and you reach the pharmacist who prepared it, not a phone tree.
What compounding can change
When a compounded prescription makes sense
Custom concentrations
Your prescriber sets the exact strength — such as 7% minoxidil or 4.5 mg naltrexone.
Combination formulas
Several active ingredients in one preparation, when your prescriber combines them.
Allergen-free bases
We compound without dyes, fragrance, parabens, or gluten on request.
Forms that fit your life
Creams, capsules, troches, sublingual tablets, nasal sprays — your prescriber picks the form.
Adjustable over time
Your prescriber can change the strength or base on a new prescription.
Cash-pay pricing
Cash-pay. We quote the price before we fill. HSA/FSA eligible.
Common questions
Do I need a prescription?
Yes — all compounded medications require a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber (MD, DO, NP, PA, or DDS, depending on the medication).
How long does compounding take?
Most orders are ready in one to two business days. Complex formulas or large orders may take an extra day.
Do you ship statewide?
Yes. We ship throughout California in temperature-controlled, discreet packaging. Local pickup is also available at our West LA pharmacy.
What if I don't have a prescriber?
A compounded medication needs a prescription from a licensed prescriber you choose (MD, DO, NP or PA). We do not refer patients to particular prescribers. You can share our formulary with your prescriber, and they can call our pharmacists with questions.
Do you accept insurance?
We're a cash-pay pharmacy and quote the price before we fill. Most compounds are HSA/FSA eligible. No insurance formulary restrictions.
