All prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. We verify all prescriptions before dispensing medications.

• Prescriptions must contain all information required by state and federal law
• We may contact your healthcare provider to verify prescription details
• We reserve the right to refuse to fill prescriptions that appear fraudulent or inappropriate
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services

By placing an order with Generation Pharmacy, you agree to the following terms:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when ordering
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if the medication hasn't been prepared
• Custom-compounded preparations cannot be canceled once compounding has begun
• Payment is processed once your prescription is confirmed

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we have specific policies regarding returns:

• Medications cannot be returned once dispensed, as required by law
• If you believe your medication is defective, contact us immediately
• Billing errors will be promptly corrected with appropriate refunds
• Non-medication items may be returned within 14 days in unopened condition

Generation Pharmacy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our service
• Shipping delays or delivery issues

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

By opting in to Generation Pharmacy's mobile messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

• Program Description: Generation Pharmacy provides prescription alerts, refill reminders, order status updates, and pharmacy service notifications via SMS/text message.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service preferences. Recurring automated messages will be sent.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message received. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• Help: For assistance, text HELP to any message or call us at 424-228-1049.
• Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Eligibility: The mobile messaging service is available to persons 18 years of age or older who are residents of the United States.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other major carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.

All content on the Generation Pharmacy website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Generation Pharmacy and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of California.
