    What to write

    • Name the actives and strengths, the vehicle, the quantity and the days supply. Our Rx builder pre-fills all of it.
    • Topi-CLICK sigs are written in clicks. Topi-CLICK 35 meters 0.25 mL per click; Topi-CLICK 140 meters 0.5 mL per click. Concentration is set per patient, the click count stays constant. Supplies: 30, 60 or 90 days.
    • Estradiol patch shortage: patches convert to estradiol only. Bi-Est is a separate clinical decision, never a 1:1 patch conversion.
    • Allergen-free bases (dye-, fragrance-, paraben-, gluten-free) on request — note it on the Rx.
    • Beyond-use dating is assigned by the pharmacist per USP <795> for each preparation and printed on the label with storage directions.

    Turnaround & shipping

    What we do not compound

    • No sterile preparations (USP 797), no injectables, no ophthalmics
    • GLP-1 medications: not offered as a standard formulary item; any request is reviewed case-by-case by the pharmacist, patient-specific, with documented clinical need.
    • Controlled substances only via EPCS or phone, never a web form
    • No prescribing — patient-specific Rx only
